Who pays for what
- I cover: all design, development, testing and delivery of the software, at no charge.
- You cover: hosting, AI usage costs and email marketing costs. These are running costs, billed to you directly by the providers.
If it doesn't take off, there's no fee to you and nothing lost on development. I'm free to release the project as open source or use it myself. The terms are agreed in writing before any work starts.
